Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Sub-Para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company has informed that the Company is in receipt of an Order dated September 7, 2026, passed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (‘IRDAI’).
