Chalet Hotels has completed execution of Share Purchase Agreement and acquisition of 100% of the Equity Share Capital of Lakeview Mercantile Company, being the owning entity of a land parcel at Bambolim in Goa with potential of a hotel development for around 170 room luxury resort. Consequently, the said entity has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

Chalet Hotels (CHL), is an owner, developer and asset manager of high-end hotels in key metro cities in India.
