This rating reflects the Company’s performance on Environmental, Social and Governance parameters as assessed by the rating agency. The Company has not engaged CRISIL ESG for the ESG rating, and the said rating information was received from BSE. The aforesaid information is also being placed on the website of the Company at www.varroc.com.
