Innovision zooms on bagging two LoAs from NHAI

Innovision is currently trading at Rs. 280.20, up by 28.55 points or 11.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 251.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 271.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 296.00 and Rs. 265.00 respectively. So far 16247 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 468.60 on 23-Mar-2026 and a 52 week low of Rs. 245.10 on 28-Aug-2026.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 296.00 and Rs. 251.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 698.92 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.17%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 5.59% and 20.24% respectively.

Innovision has received a Letters of Award (LoAs) from National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The first LoA is, worth Rs 219.07 crore, for engagement of the company as user fee agency on the basis of competitive bidding though E-Tender for IDTL A and IDTL B Fees Plazas for six laning of Indore Dewas section of NH-3 in the state of Madhya Pradesh and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items. 

The another LoA is, worth Rs 24.52 crore, for engagement of the company as user fee collection agency on the basis of competitive bidding though E-Tender for Pachwara fee plaza of NH-39 for four laning of Jhansi Khajuraho Section in the state of Madhya Pradesh and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items. Both the work orders are for period of 1 year.

Innovision is in the business of providing manpower services, toll plaza management and skill development training to its clients across India.
