Aeroflex Neu has completed the sale of its entire stake 51.01% held in the share capital of Fibcorp Polyweave. Subsequently, Fibcorp Polyweave has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company with effect from September 8, 2026. The company has received around Rs 1.92 crore as sale consideration.
Earlier, the Board of Directors of the company had approved the said stake sale at its meeting held on July 15, 2026.
Aeroflex Neu (formerly Sah Polymers) is engaged in the manufacture and export of Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs), and Polypropylene (PP) woven packaging products.
