Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations and with reference to earlier intimation dated March 6, 2026, Varroc Engineering has informed that as per the information received by the Company on September 8, 2026, SES ESG Research (‘SES ESG’), has independently assigned an ESG Rating of ‘70.7’ to the Company, representing an improvement of 0.4 points over its previous rating of 70.3. The rating reflects the Company's performance across various Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) parameters as assessed by the rating agency. The Company has not engaged SES ESG for the ESG rating, and the said rating information was received from BSE. A copy of the press release issued by SES ESG in this regard is enclosed.
