Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Organic Coatings has informed that Organic Coatings has published a Corrigendum to the Notice of the 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) and E-Voting Information which was published in the newspapers on 08th September, 2026, namely Active Times (English Edition); and Mumbai Lakshadweep (Marathi Edition). The Corrigendum was published in Active Times, (English Language Newspaper) and Mumbai Lakshadweep, (Marathi Language Newspaper) at Mumbai, Maharashtra on Wednesday, September 09, 2026 to clarify an inadvertent reference to the Book Closure period from 23rd September, 2026 to 29th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) appearing in the newspaper publication. The Company has clarified that no Book Closure period has been fixed by the Board of Directors of the Company in connection with the 61st AGM. Accordingly, shareholders and stakeholders have been advised to disregard the said reference to Book Closure appearing in the earlier newspaper publication. All other contents of the Notice of the 61st AGM and E-Voting Information remain unchanged. A copy of the Corrigendum as published in the aforesaid newspapers is enclosed herewith for information and record.
