Indian Bank plans to sell up to 17.91% stake in NSE through OFS

Indian Bank is planning to sell up to 15,00,000 equity shares, representing 17.91% of total shareholding, in National Stock Exchange of India (NSE), by way of Offer for Sale (OFS) through NSE’s Initial Public Offering (IPO). 

As part of the OFS process the equity shares have been transferred to the ‘Escrow Account’ on September 9, 2026. The OFS is subject to all regulatory approvals.

Indian Bank was established as a part of the Swadeshi movement. The Bank provides a wide spectrum of banking products and services.
