Autofurnish has informed that this is with reference to the Annual Report of Autofurnish for the Financial Year 2025-26, submitted to Stock exchange dated 31st August 2026, pursuant to Regulation 34 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Company has identified certain inadvertent omissions in the PDF version of the Annual Report submitted to the Stock Exchanges and hosted on the website of the Company. Accordingly, the Company is issuing this Corrigendum to the Annual Report for FY2025-26 The Corrigendum incorporates certain omitted disclosures in the Directors' Report and Management Discussion & Analysis section of the Annual Report Except for the amendments set out in the Corrigendum, all other contents of the Annual Report for FY 2025-26 remain unchanged. A copy of the Corrigendum along with the updated Annual Report is enclosed and is also being made available on the website of the Company.
