ACME Solar Holdings inches up on getting nod to incorporate wholly-owned subsidiary company in UAE

ACME Solar Holdings has received approval for incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary company, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The subsidiary shall serve as a platform to support company’s renewable energy business through procurement, supply chain management, project support, and other ancillary functions including hedging of raw material of renewables like lithium carbonate, polysilicon etc., which is available in international markets. 

The Operational Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held on September 10, 2026, has approved the same.
