Oneindig Technologies has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amritdev Renewable Energy for developing, generating, supplying of electricity from 4.8 MW solar project to be established by SPG at District-Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh and electricity to be generated from it is to be fed to the substation Gazipur, Fatehpur. The MoU specifies a consideration of Rs 13 lakh per MW for the acquisition of the solar power project portfolio.
The company is engaged in the business of providing engineering services for solar power projects, trading of solar panels and inverters and installation of solar pumps.
