Gabriel India raises Rs 1,000 crore through NCDs

Gabriel India has raised Rs 1,000 crore through allotment of senior, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs). The company has allotted 1,00,000 NCDs having a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on a private placement basis. The Finance Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of the company, at its meeting held on September 10, 2026, has approved the allotment. 

The NCDs carry a coupon rate of 8.15% per annum and have a tenure of 36 months from the deemed date of allotment i.e. September 10, 2026. The NCDs are proposed to be listed on BSE.

Gabriel India is a producer and supplier of high-quality Ride Control Products for the Indian Automotive Industry participating in all segments i.e. Passenger Cars, Utility Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles and Two Wheelers.
