Shree Hanuman Sugar & Industries has informed that the Resolution Plan approved by the Committee of Creditors in respect of Shree Hanuman Sugar & Industries Limited is presently under consideration of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench, pursuant to an application filed seeking its approval under Section 31 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The matter was listed before the Hon'ble NCLT, Kolkata Bench on 10th September, 2026. The application was heard at length and submissions were made. The Hon'ble Tribunal has listed the matter on 17th September, 2026 for taking on record certain documents and for further consideration of the application. The above disclosure is being made in compliance with the applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Further material developments in the matter, if any, shall be duly intimated to the Stock Exchange.
