Waaree Renewable Technologies’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Waaree Green Data Centers has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary viz; Aurovault Data Centers on September 14, 2026. The objective of incorporation is to establish, develop, design, finance, construct, own, lease, operate, maintain, manage and commercialize data centers, hyperscale data centers, AI-ready data centers, edge data centers, disaster recovery centers, cloud infrastructure facilities, digital infrastructure parks and colocation facilities in India and abroad and to provide colocation, managed hosting, cloud connectivity, internet exchange, network services, disaster recovery, business continuity, data storage, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence infrastructure, GPU hosting, high-performance computing, and other digital infrastructure services.
Earlier, Waaree Green Data Centers had incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary by name ‘Sunstar Data Centers’ on September 11, 2026.
