Pranav Constructions has debuted at Rs 162.00 on the BSE, up by 38 points or 30.65% from its issue price of Rs 124.00.
The scrip is currently trading at Rs. 136.75, up by 12.75 points or 10.28% from its issue price.
It has touched a high and low of Rs. 164.50 and Rs. 129.60 respectively. So far 49.78 lakh shares were traded on the counter.
The offering, which was open for subscription from September 07, 2026 to September 09, 2026 was subscribed 126.34 times. The issue price was fixed at Rs 124 per share i.e. at upper end of price band of Rs 118-124 apiece.
Pranav Constructions is primarily engaged in the business of redevelopment projects in Mumbai. Its operations are concentrated on the construction of economical, mid and mass and aspirational homes.
