Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sangam (India) has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice being sent electronically to the Shareholders of the Company. The Postal Ballot Notice is also available on the Company’s website at www.sangamgroup.com. The aforesaid Notice is being sent by e-mail only to those Shareholders who have registered their e-mail addresses with the Company, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent or their respective Depository Participants as on Friday, 11th September, 2026 (Cut-Off date). The e-voting period will commence from Wednesday, 16th September, 2026 at 09:00 AM and will end on Thursday, 15th October, 2026 at 05:00 PM. The information regarding the dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice and voting period will be published in the newspapers in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder and other applicable provisions, if any, for the benefit of the Shareholders of the Company.
