Uno Minda has secured approval to raise up to Rs 600 crore through issuance of Non- Convertible Debentures (NCDs) in one or more tranches/ issuances, for various funding requirements, from time to time. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on September 14, 2026, has authorised its NCD committee for the purpose of offer, issue and allotment of NCDs and all other incidental activities thereto.
Additionally, the Board has granted its approval for issuance of Commercial papers, listed or unlisted, up to revolving limit of Rs 500 crore, from time to time.
Uno Minda is engaged in the business of manufacturing of auto components including auto electrical parts and its accessories and caters to both domestic and international markets.
