Camlin Fine Sciences has informed that it enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice dated September 11, 2026, along with the explanatory statement, seeking approval of the members of the Company, by way of remote e?voting process (e-voting) for appointment of Atul Pradhan (DIN:00171022) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. The aforesaid Postal Ballot Notice is being sent today only through electronic mode to those members whose names appear on the register of members / register of beneficial owners, as on Friday, September 11, 2026 (Cut-Off Date), received from the Depositories and whose e-mail address is registered with the Depositories / their depository participant / the Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agents / the Company. The Company has engaged the services of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) for providing remote e?voting facility to all its members. The e?voting facility will commence on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 09:00 a.m. IST and will end on Friday, October 16, 2026 at 5:00 pm IST.
