Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Rubfila International has informed that the Board of Directors, at its meeting held on 26-05-2026 has declared a Final Dividend of Rs.2/-per equity share of face value Rs.5 each for the Financial Year 2025-26. In this regard, the Company has fixed 22-09-2026 as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for payment of the said dividend. Further the company has informed that this information has already been disclosed at the time of submitting Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
