In continuation to earlier communication dated September 07, 2026 regarding seeking extension of time from The Registrar of Companies (ROC) to convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company, Ardee Industries has informed that the ROC (NCT of Delhi-I) vide its approval letter dated September 15, 2026 has given extension for convening AGM of the Company for a further period of three months, i.e., up to 31st December 2026 for the financial year ended 31st March 2026. The AGM extension approval letter received from ROC is attached as an annexure. In view of the above-mentioned approval, the Company will convene its AGM for the Financial Year ended 2025-26 within such extended timeline and the date of the AGM shall be intimated in due course of time.
