Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of Securities and Exchange Board of India (‘SEBI’) (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and in compliance with Master Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/37 dated May 07, 2024 issued by SEBI (including earlier circulars issued in this regard) (the Circulars) and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (Fifth Amendment) Regulations, 2025 (amended regulations), notified on November 19, 2025, Cummins India has informed that for shareholder who had not updated their KYC details against their respective folios (including the Bank account details) as mandated in the said Circulars and amended Regulations, the company has sent individual communication to the said shareholders; (i) informing about their respective folios being KYC non-complaint and requesting them to keep their respective KYC details (including complete Bank account and email address) duly updated. The physical shareholders shall do the same by submitting relevant forms with Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) and those holding shares in Demat mode shall update with their respective Depository participants (DPs). (ii) intimating about the declaration of Final Dividend by the Members of the Company in Annual General Meeting held on Thursday, August 06, 2026, and that the dividend payable against their respective holdings in the Company is withheld because folio is not KYC compliant or the dividend could not be processed electronically due to incorrect/incomplete bank account details available with Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’)/Depositories. A copy of the communication sent to the Shareholders (without folio specific details) is enclosed and the same is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.cumminsindia.com.
