Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Qualitek Labs has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, to consider and approve the following matters: 1. The proposal for fund raising by the Company, by way of issue of securities including equity shares or any other equity linked instruments or securities including warrants and convertible securities other than warrants or any other eligible securities by way of, inter-alia, rights issue, preferential allotment or a private placement (including one or more qualified institutions placements or further public issue of equity, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and its rules made thereunder and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended, or through any other permissible mode, in such manner, and on such terms and conditions as may be deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors, including committee thereof, in its absolute discretion, subject to the receipt of statutory approvals as may be required. The Board would also consider convening a General Meeting of the shareholders of the Company for seeking their approval in respect of the aforesaid proposal for fund raising, as may be required; 2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair. In this connection, the company has informed that the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Directors, Promoters, Designated Persons, Connected Persons and their immediate relatives of the Company from September 17, 2026, till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting i.e. September 24, 2026.
