NHPC’s unit 2 of Uri-11 HE Project (4X60 MW), pursuant to successful trial run has been declared commercially operational and will be commissioned with effect from December 01, 2013. With the commissioning of this unit, three out of four units of the project are operational.

NHPC is engaged in the planning, development and implementation of an integrated and efficient network of hydroelectric projects in India. It executes all aspects of the development of hydroelectric projects, from concept to commissioning.
