Consolidated Scrutinizer’s Report dated 17th September 2026 on remote e-Voting and e-Voting during the AGM, pursuant to Section 108 of the Act read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014. Further noted that all the resolutions set out in the Notice calling the AGM have been passed with requisite majority and the same are deemed to be passed on the date of the AGM i.e. 16th September, 2026.
