The aforesaid rating intimation was received by the Company from BSE via email on September 17, 2026, at 06:52 PM After review of the rating report today, Friday, September 18, 2026, the company intimating the same to the stock exchanges. This rating reflects the Company’s performance on Environmental, Social and Governance parameters as assessed by Niche. The Company has not engaged Niche for ESG Rating. Niche has independently prepared the report based on data available in the public domain. In line with principles of good governance, the Company is voluntarily disclosing this information to the stock exchanges for wider dissemination to stakeholders.
