In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended, (SEBI LODR), Power Grid Corporation of India has informed that the ‘Committee of Directors for Bonds’ in its meeting held today i.e. on 18th September, 2026, has approved the raising of funds by way of issuance of ‘Unsecured, Non-convertible, Non-cumulative, Redeemable, Taxable POWERGRID Bonds - LXXXIV (84th) Issue 2026-27’ (for an amount upto Rs 5,000 Crore) on Private Placement.
