SJVN has informed that the Company has received notices from BSE Limited (“BSE”) and National Stock Exchange of India imposing fines for non-compliance with certain provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, which were noted by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Board also took note of and decided the comments to be submitted to the stock exchanges, which are reproduced in the enclosed.
