Eternal has informed that pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from September 19, 2026, till forty-eight hours after the declaration of un-audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026. Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transaction involving dealing/ trading in securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The date of board meeting for consideration & approval of the un-audited standalone & consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on September 30, 2026, will be intimated in due course. Further, it is pertinent to note that functionality to restrict trading by Designated Persons (‘DPs’) and their Immediate Relatives (‘IRs’) in the shares of the Company by freezing PAN shall be available from October 1, 2026 on our designated depository portal in accordance with SEBI Circulars dated August 5, 2022, July 19, 2023, April 21, 2025. Therefore, while the trading window shall stand closed with effect from September 19, 2026, however freezing of PAN of DPs and their IRs will be effective from October 1, 2026, due to above stated reasons.
