Lemon Tree Hotels’ material subsidiary -- Fleur Hotels has received approval to incorporate a wholly-owned subsidiary in the Republic of Maldives. The board of Fleur Hotels at its meeting held on September 18, 2026 has considered and approved the same. The proposed company shall be engaged in Hospitality Sector.
The board of Fleur Hotels has also approved purchase of a land parcel in Mumbai for development of a hotel. Fleur Hotels is in the process of executing definitive agreement(s) in accordance with the applicable laws and procedural requirements.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
