In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Godavari Drugs has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed with effect from Thursday, 01st October, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Half Year ended 30th September, 2026. The date of the Board meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of unaudited Financial Results for the Half Year ended 30th September, 2026 shall be intimated in due course. The Designated persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the Company when the trading window is closed.
