Wonderla Holidays has informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct i.e., ‘Code of conduct for prevention of insider trading and code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information’ framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2026 and the said window shall be open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2026.
