Vashishtha Luxury Fashion has informed that in terms of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from October 01, 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited financial results for the half year ended on September 30, 2026 to the Stock Exchange. During the closure of trading window, all designated persons of the Company (including their immediate relatives) have been advised not to enter/deal in Equity Shares of the Company.
