Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, as amended from time to time, and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code for Practices for fair disclosure of UPSI, Infonative Solutions has informed that the trading window for dealing/trading in the securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st October, 2026 till 48 hours after communication of financial results for the half year ended on 30th September, 2026 to the Stock Exchange. The above closure has been intimated based on BSE Circular no. LIST /COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019 - Clarification regarding trading restriction period and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulations, 2019. Accordingly, all the Connected/Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and other Insiders of the Company are advised not to enter into any transactions involving dealing/trading in the shares of the company during the aforesaid period. The date of Board meeting for consideration of the said financial results would be intimated to the stock exchange in due course of time.
