With refer to the Postal Ballot Notice (dated 11th August 2026), as submitted to the Stock Exchanges on 21st August 2026, seeking approval of the Members of the Company through Postal Ballot (e-voting only) to the proposed resolutions as contained therein, JSW Dulux has informed that the aforesaid e-voting has concluded yesterday (i.e. 20th September 2026) at 5:00 pm (IST). Accordingly, they submitted the proceedings of the aforesaid postal ballot (e-voting) for information and record. The results of the same will be announced on receipt of the Scrutinizer Report within the stipulated period.
