Beyond centralising orders and inventory through a unified platform, the implementation has been tailored to meet specific operational needs. This includes support for multipart shipments, enabling bulky or multi-item customer orders to be fulfilled through multiple packages when required, helping improve logistics efficiency. The solution also includes customised finance reporting, while intelligent courier selection capabilities are set to be introduced soon.
