Anand Projects has informed that, as per Company’s Code of Conduct for Insider Trading, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company, shall remain closed for all the directors and other persons covered under the code, from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the un-audited Financial Result for the Second Quarter ending 30th September, 2026 of the financial year 2026-2027.
