Hindustan Copper informs about disclosure

Hindustan Copper has informed that it enclosed details of any change in the status and / or any development in relation to such proceedings; Vide order dated 16.09.2026 (received on 21.09.2026) the Commercial Court, Jabalpur had granted conditional stay from operation of arbitration award passed against HCL. Following are the conditions: Deposit of 50% of arbitration award amount in the form of Bank Guarantee; Remaining 50% award value and expenses in the form of bond of Asset Valuation Report may be submitted before the execution court with a condition that whenever directed by the Execution Court, the said amount will be deposited in the Court failing which the aforesaid properties will be attached and sold. After depositing, the above court will hear the Section 34 Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 application filed by HCL. This is pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
