Karnataka Bank has informed that the members of the Bank at the 102nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank held today, on September 22, 2026 have approved the appointment of Batliboi & Purohit, Chartered Accountants, Mumbai (ICAI Firm Reg. No. 101048W), as Statutory Auditors of the Bank jointly to hold the office for a period of 3 (Three) years, from the conclusion of this 102nd Annual General Meeting until the conclusion of the 105th Annual General Meeting and fixed their remuneration, along with the existing Joint Statutory Auditors, R.G.N. Price & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 002785S), Chennai who will continue to hold office till the conclusion of the One Hundred and Third (103rd) Annual General Meeting.
