Lemon Tree Hotels has opened Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Nashik, marking the Group’s first hotel in the city and further strengthening its presence in Maharashtra. The hotel is managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
The hotel features 48 well-appointed rooms and suites (as against the 45 rooms disclosed to the stock exchanges on August 2, 2024) a multi-cuisine restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, a meeting room and a fitness centre. The opening marks the Group’s debut in Nashik and its 15th operational hotel in Maharashtra, with 16 properties in the state pipeline, including two more upcoming hotels in the city.
Lemon Tree Hotels is India’s largest hotel chain in the mid-priced hotel sector, and the third largest overall, on the basis of controlling interest in owned and leased rooms.
