Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Axis Bank has informed that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has today appointed Arvind Subramanian (DIN: 02551935) as an additional independent director of the Bank for a period of four years with effect from September 23, 2026 up to September 22, 2030, subject to approval of shareholders. In terms of Section 149(13) of the Companies Act, 2013, he shall not be liable to retire by rotation during his tenure as an independent director of the Bank. Arvind Subramanian is not related to any of the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Bank. Please note that Arvind Subramanian is not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of any order of SEBI or any other statutory authority.
