In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, Samtex Fashions has informed that the Trading Window for carrying out transaction in the shares of the Company for all designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from 1 October, 2026, for the purpose of declaration of Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the Second Quarter (Q2) and half year ended on 30th September, 2026 (‘Financial Results’). The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Financial Results to the Stock Exchange.
