With reference to the Annual Report of the company for the Financial Year 2025-26, submitted to BSE on September 05, 2026, Duke Offshore informs has informed that certain inadvertent errors/omissions arising primarily due to formatting and compilation of the Annual Report were subsequently noticed. The errors/omissions were inadvertent and occurred during the formatting/compilation process of the Annual Report, without any intention to misrepresent or alter the information contained therein. In view of the above, the company is submitting the Corrigendum along with the revised Annual Report for the financial year 2025-26 after incorporating corrections as mentioned in ‘CORRIGENDUM TO THE ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2025-26’. The Corrigendum along with the revised Annual Report is also being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.dukeoffshore.com and on the website of National Securities Depository (NSDL) www.evoting.nsdl.com, Stock Exchange (BSE) at www.bseindia.com.
