NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 2, 2019 and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 2, 2019, Tainwala Chemicals and Plastics (India) has informed that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Insiders, Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) will remain closed from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2026 shall be intimated separately in due course.
