Aastha Spintex has secured one, long-term, non-cancellable order from JSK Textile LLP, Halvad, Gujarat for the manufacture and supply of around 750 MT Greige Fabric. The aggregate value of the order is around Rs 25 crore (excluding GST), executable over a period of two years on an Ex-Mill basis. The contract is non-cancellable under their terms, and execution will commence with an initial 30 MT per contract within the next two months, followed by the balance quantities upon quality approval.
The order represents the company’s continued expansion of its existing textile business and its ability to cater to a broader range of customer requirements as part of its normal course of business. The order provides healthy visibility of business volumes over the execution period and support the company’s ongoing growth and business expansion plans. The additional volumes are expected to support better utilisation of the company’s existing manufacturing capacities, improve operating efficiencies and contribute towards better absorption of fixed costs.
