Howard Hotels has informed that pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, and in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and Insiders with effect from October 01, 2026. The Trading Window shall reopen after 48 hours from the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 shall be intimated in due course.
