In pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended and in accordance of Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Vinayak Polycon International has informed that the ‘Trading Window’ for trading in shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 for all the Directors, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as covered under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Accordingly, they are advised not to trade in the shares of the company during closure of trading window. The date of the meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on September 30, 2026 will be informed in due course.
