Protean eGov Technologies has informed that 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 03:00 PM (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (‘VC / OAVM’). The Company had provided the facility of voting through electronic means as well as e-voting during the AGM. Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation(s) 30, 44 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), it has informed that the Members of the Company have duly passed all the resolutions set-out in the Notice of 31st AGM with requisite majority.
