Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Varroc Engineering has informed that the Company has received intimation regarding change in the names of certain Trusts forming part of the Promoter/Promoter Group of the Company, as details enclosed. Further the company has clarified that the said changes are limited to the names of the respective trusts and do not result in any change in the trustees, beneficiaries, beneficial ownership, shareholding, voting rights or control in respect of the equity shares of the Company held by the respective trusts. Accordingly, there is no change in the aggregate shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company consequent to the aforesaid change in names. This disclosure is being made for the information of the Stock Exchanges and stakeholders of the Company.
