Gujarat Industries Power Company has informed that the Trading Window for sale / purchase of and for dealing in Company's equity shares shall remain closed for all the designated persons (including Directors) and their immediate relatives as defined under the Company's Code of Conduct under the said Regulations, with effect from 1st October, 2026. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the announcement of the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company for the Second Quarter and Half year of Financial Year 2026-27 ending on 30th September, 2026, as may be approved by the Board of Directors at its Meeting to be held for the purpose. The date of said Board Meeting for considering the UFR shall be communicated in due course.
