Titaanium Ten Enterprise has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading by Designed Persons and their immediate relatives framed pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed with effect from Thursday, 1st October, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Half Yearly ended 30th September, 2026. During the aforesaid closed trading window period, the Employees, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Company's equity Shares.
